So for this month's Somm Club, Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig has created a four-course lunch to show what can happen when your favorite salad greens take center stage. And just in case the idea of a salad lunch without the salad is not appealing enough, each course will be paired with a wine selected by Sommelier Jordan Carver.
