Limited Release II – Ken Wright Cellars Wednesday July 24th, 2019  6:00pm $135 Limited Release is Chaz on the Plaza's series of exclusive wine dinners featuring some of the best producers in the wine world paired with the culinary artistry of Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig. For each event, Chaz selects an outstanding wine or producer and designs the experience around showcasing the harmony of flavors, locations, and personalities that contribute to an exceptional experience. For Chaz's second in the Limited Release series we are featuring Ken Wright Cellars, award winning producers of some of the best single vineyard Pinot Noirs in Oregon. Robert Dillon from Ken Wright Cellars will be joining us to share stories and information about the wines and Chef Shawn will lead you through his carefully constructed pairings. Ken Wright has been making some of the best single vineyard Pinots from the top appellations in Oregon for over thirty years. His wines have received 111 scores of 90 or above, including his 2012 vintage of abbot claim vineyard which was Wine Spectators number one wine in the world. For this dinner, we are pleased to have Robert Dillon from Ken Wright Cellars joining us to entertain and educate with stories from the vineyards. And of course, Chef Shawn has put together another amazing menu, exquisitely paired to each wine.
