Chaz on the Plaza's chef Shawn Hartwig has poured his 'heart and soul' into creating a romantic and delicious $50 four-course menu entitled 'Love is in the Air' for Valentine's Day. During dinner service Thursday, February 14, through Saturday, February 16, guests can choose to indulge in the four-course menu for $50, or they can order their favorites from the regular menu. Those who dine from 6-10 p.m. on Valentine's Day will also experience live jazz from the Eboni Fondren Duo.
